Diamond Services LLC provides professional automotive detailing services.
Service availability depends upon:
- Weather
- Scheduling
- Vehicle condition
- Travel distance
- Safety
Estimates
Quotes are estimates. Final pricing may increase if the vehicle presents:
- Heavy staining
- Excessive pet hair
- Mold
- Biohazards
- Oversized vehicles
- Additional requested services
Customers will always be notified before additional charges.
Appointments
Appointments may be rescheduled due to:
- Severe weather
- Equipment failure
- Emergencies
- Unsafe working conditions
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include available payment options displayed during booking.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Remove valuables
- Remove firearms
- Remove illegal items
- Provide vehicle access
- Ensure water/electricity availability if required
- Ensure pets are secured
Diamond Services LLC is not responsible for valuables left inside vehicles.
Detailing Results
Professional detailing dramatically improves vehicle appearance.
However, we cannot guarantee removal of:
- Permanent stains
- Paint defects
- Rock chips
- Deep scratches
- Oxidation
- Faded trim
- Existing damage
Photo & Media Release
Unless a customer opts out during booking, Diamond Services LLC may photograph vehicles before and after service.
Photos may be used for:
- Website
- Social media
- Marketing
- Portfolio
License plates, VIN numbers, addresses, and customer-identifying information should be blurred or removed whenever practical. Customers may opt out using the booking form checkbox.
Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- Logos
- Images
- Videos
- Graphics
- Text
- Branding
belongs to Diamond Services LLC. Unauthorized copying is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Diamond Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or detailing services except where prohibited by law.
Modifications
Diamond Services LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
